How is it done?


We help you set personal goals and you will self-coach to reach them step by step:

Step 1: Hello! You have already taken the first step. You are here! But you still have to sign up.

Click on “Sign Me Up” page and then when you are done, download the Beyond Weight app in your cell phone.

You can use the website app and the mobile app at the same time in synch.

Once you register, let us get to know you: How you are built, what is your body composition, muscle and fat mass and body shape.

Step 2: In the first week, you will be asked to answer questions about you, your lifestyle and profession, your outlook and mindset, fitness and diet experience, medical history and risk factors. You will do this by answering a few questions every day. To be able to continue, you are asked to answer all questions. At the end of the first week, you will receive your program details.

Step 3: At the end of week 1, you will begin your personalized meal plan and an exercise regimen,

Step 4: Once you start your program, you will choose specific meal and snacks from your plan; you will also have access to recipes. All along, you will be supported with daily motivational tips and weekly lessons that show you the way.

Step 5: Throughout the program, you will receive quizzes called lifejigs. By answering these quizzes you learn cognitive skills to anticipate and resolve real life setbacks that often trigger relapse. We recommend you watch the two informative videos below.

Do not forget to watch the “walk thru” video below. This video is also available in the “Knowledge Center” of the app.



HELPING YOU ALONG THE WAY:

• Every month you will be able to reassess your body composition (your Yi) and see for yourself how much fat you have lost; you will also see for yourself if you are losing muscle and what you can do about it.

• Every month you can see for yourself how you are progressing compared to the projected weight loss curve that you received in the beginning of the program.

• Every month you will be happy to see how much you have reduced your risk of diabetes and metabolic syndrome.
